How it works
Create your organization
Sign up, add your organization details and submit for verification. We check that you are a real organizer before anything goes live.
Build the event
Add distances, ticket types and pricing tiers, race-day schedule, FAQ and your own registration questions. A readiness checklist tells you exactly what is still missing.
Publish and sell
Once approved, your event appears on the marketplace with an SEO-ready page. Capacity is held safely during checkout, so you never oversell.
Run the event
Track registrations and revenue live, search participants, and export the full list — including answers to your own questions — as CSV.
What you get
- Found on Google
- Every event gets a server-rendered page with structured data, so it can be indexed and shared — not hidden behind a search box.
- Never oversell
- Places are held atomically during checkout and released automatically when a checkout is abandoned.
- Ask what you need
- Build your own registration questions — shirt size, club, shuttle bus, waivers — and export the answers with the participant list.
- Roles for your team
- Finance, registration, check-in and support roles each see only what they need. Participant exports are permissioned and audited.
- Built for every market
- Multiple currencies, explicit event timezones and localisable content — the same platform whether you run in Chiang Mai or Tokyo.
- Reuse last year
- Duplicate a previous edition, or bulk-import your whole catalogue from a spreadsheet in one go.
Organizer FAQ
What does it cost to list?
Listing an event is free. Fees apply per paid registration once ticketing goes live — you keep control of whether that fee sits with you or the participant.
I already have events on another platform. Can I move them?
Yes. Export your own catalogue and import it as a CSV — one line per distance. Imports run as a dry run first so you see exactly what will be created, and re-importing updates the same events instead of duplicating them.
Can my team help manage the event?
Invite teammates with scoped roles: event manager, finance, registration, check-in staff, support or viewer. Each role only sees what it needs — participant data requires an explicit permission.
What happens when two runners take the last place at once?
Capacity is reserved atomically during checkout. We test this with twenty simultaneous buyers against a single remaining place: exactly one succeeds.
Do you support virtual runs?
Yes. Virtual events run over a date range instead of a single start time and are labelled "run anywhere" across the marketplace.
