Terms of use
The short version: the directory records facts with sources, organizers own their events, and race details always belong to the organizer’s own page in the end.
What OneRunex is
A calendar and directory of running events, places and communities, plus registration tools for organizers who choose to sell entries here. The service is in development and features may change.
Directory accuracy
Directory listings record what a named source stated at the time we read it. Races change dates, courses and terms; the organizer’s own page is always authoritative. Check it before you travel or pay — a listing here is a signpost, not a promise.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 to have an account or to register for a race, counted on the day you register. An organizer may set a higher minimum age for a race; a lower one has no effect. Keep your credentials to yourself and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it is compromised.
Organizer listings
Publishing an event means you have the right to the content you post and the authority to represent that event. We may unpublish listings that misrepresent an event, infringe others’ rights, or break the law.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the submission forms, probe other people’s accounts, or hammer the service. The portion of our places database derived from OpenStreetMap remains available under the ODbL; the rest of the database and the site’s content may not be bulk-extracted to build a competing service.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as-is during development, without warranty. We are not a party to the contract between you and an organizer when you register for a race. These terms may change; the current version is always this page.
